We build the whole process of food safety production system with the concept of "science and technology empowering quality, ingenuity guarding safety. The factory is equipped with GMP standard clean workshop, and implements the double purification mechanism of "personnel + environment": workers need to go through four layers of protection: changing clothes, air shower, hand disinfection and equipment cleaning. The workshop adopts ultraviolet circulating sterilization system to ensure that the production environment reaches the ten thousand-level clean standard. The intelligent production line is equipped with imported automation equipment to realize precise control of the whole process from raw material pretreatment to finished product quick freezing. The intelligent metal detector can detect foreign matters below 0.5mm, with a foreign matter detection rate of 99.99. Each batch of products before the implementation of the "double-blind sampling" system, not only through the spectrum analyzer for component testing, but also by the professional quality control team for sensory evaluation, to ensure that the products meet the HACCP, BRC and other international certification standards. We use science and technology to build a strong food safety line, to provide customers with safe, delicious, reliable food solutions.
